Voting on the official launch of NFT-GODS community governance

With the expanding audience, the accumulation of R&D technologies, and the general demand of the global community users since the launch of NFT-GODS, after discussion among our team members, we plan to officially start the community governance of NFT-GODS, and formulated the initial rules of community governance:

1. Any user with an LG balance greater than 50,000 can initiate a proposal.
2. All users with LG tokens can participate in the voting. The votes will be the LG balance during the snapshot time.
3. Proposals voted on by the community will be used as the basis for development or updates by the development team.
4. More rules can be added or modified through community proposals and voting.
